Which phones do BankLink Mobile work on?

Any recent phone with internet browsing capabilities. Most older phones will also work just as long as they come with a browser that supports SSL security. If it doesn't, your customers can always install Opera Mini (free). As a rule of thumb, if your customers have a phone with a colour screen they can use BankLink Mobile

Our customers are using pre paid phones, can they use BankLink Mobile?

Yes. Just make sure they top up their data transfer package so that they can browse the internet.

Do you need to register to use BankLink Mobile?

Internet banking customers can use the same sign-in details on BankLink Mobile. If it's the first time they sign in we'll ask them a couple of questions and they’re ready to roll! If they’re not an existing internet banking customer they will have to register with their bank.

How secure is it?

BankLink Mobile is just as secure as normal internet banking.

What features does normal internet banking have that BankLink Mobile doesn't have?

None. BankLink mobile contains all the features that are available on our BankLink Internet Banking system.
