BankLink Mobile enables users to check their bank balances, pay their bills and authorise payments from any existing or future mobile phone device with an internet browser. An iPhone optimised solution has also recently been released.
This innovative, ‘web browser based’ application has been specifically designed and built for retail banking institutions to improve customer service and drive greater customer convenience.
BankLink Mobile has been developed with the end user in mind. We have applied a user centered design process which entails user research and iterations of testing and design. We have done this to ensure the best possible user experience and limit any potential take-up issues of mobile banking.
