Using real-time information from your customers’ internet banking accounts, Sandstone myBudget uses different tools to provide customers with a view of their financial position.

The tools are:

  • Transaction behaviour
    Current transaction behaviour is displayed graphically in pie or bar charts showing payments and purchases grouped into categories such as groceries, petrol or ATM purchases as examples.
  • Budget setting
    Customers can set and then track monthly budgets and targets for each budget category.
  • Projected balance
    Customers can calculate and view their available balance at any point in time via the Projected Balance screen. They can add spending scenarios, like a Fiji holiday, to the chart to see how that affects their budget.
  • History and Trends
    Customers can take a look at past spending patterns and compare month by month how much they are spending in different categories. They can also compare with previous years to track changes after changing a utility provider for example.
